Steel frame made of 80 cm ethanol burner

With this product, you get the opportunity to make a built-in fire in a flammable material such as e.g., wood. 

The steel frame consists of 4mm thick steel frame, with a hole cut out that matches our 80 cm manual ethanol burner. 

You have the option of mounting safety glass directly on the frame. The glass helps protect the flame from wind, and therefore, gives a more steady flame. 

The package contains

• Steel frame - 4mm thick 
• 4x glass brackets 
• 2x safety glass - 15 cm high 

NOTE: the burner is NOT included

Installation

When the frame is being installed, the cut out hole ynder the bottom has to be at least 1cm smaller than the dimensions of the bottom plate - BUT bigger than the dimensions on the ethanol burner. 

If done so, the frame will make sure that the hot ethanol burner is not touching the flammable materials around the burner.

For the smoothest look, you could mill the bottom plate down into the surface which would make a smooth and seamless overlap between the surface and the frame.
